WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT
Modules follow a four-week cycle and are designed to be achievable alongside undertaking a full-time role.
Each module comprises of:
A pre-workshop workbook
A 4-hour group training workshop delivered on Zoom by two leadership facilitators.
Presentations by motivational guest speakers sharing their leadership stories
Monthly peer learning sessions to share insights in a more intimate group setting
90 min sessions to discuss and embed learning with your two facilitators
And to top it all off you get 3 x 1-2-1 coaching sessions
WE COVER - 8 DISTINCT MODULES
1 - Foundations
Thrive is built on understanding and trust and so this is where we start. Mutual discovery is the goal of this module, delving beyond names and titles into shared experiences, values, and ambitions to getting to know each other. Together, we'll explore the nuances of our personalities, goals, and dreams. It's these intricacies that forge a durable, trusted bond.
2 - Self-Awareness
At your core lies a power to fuel your journey towards success: your purpose, your motivation, and your enabling beliefs. It is this combination that acts as a guiding North Star, helping you navigate through life’s various challenges with keen determination and unwavering focus. Durning this module we help you to identify your specific super-powers.
3 - Personal Brand
Unlock your unique potential by crafting a concise personal brand that highlights your strengths and sets you apart. Embrace a positive, strength-focused personal narrative to make a memorable impact. Hone in on your key attributes to form an authentic and attractive self-representation. Leverage your experiences and talents for a rich, robust personal brand.
4 - Confidence
Durning this module we turn obstacles into growth opportunities by highlighting your unique abilities. We help you to see all your accomplishments through 360 feedback and help you accept all the great things you have done. We help you to building a strong support network to guide and uplift you for the future.
5 - Influence
Enhance your influence with effective communication skills to engage and captivate your audience. Master the skills to persuade and inspire, refining your ability to make meaningful connections. Learn the art of making every interaction impactful, building rapport and depth in every conversation. Become a powerful communicator.
6 - Lead
Start to own your unique leadership style in this module. Understanding that true leadership means leading as yourself is key in today's dynamic environment. Embrace your individuality, recognising and projecting your distinct values and strengths to lead with authenticity. This not only empowers you but also galvanises your team.
7 - Lead part 2
This module is crafted to highlight advanced leadership topics of vulnerability, empathy, self-care, and coaching as a leader. We'll explore the core of emotional intelligence, cultivate a nurturing work environment, and foster team collaboration. Learn vital wellness strategies to bolster emotional and physical health for resilient teams.
8 - Forward
As we bring things to a close we have an eye on the future, helping you to create a strategic plan to utilise your knowledge as you advance. Embrace and celebrate each success along the way - as these victories are the cornerstone of your continuous growth, serving as a testament to the effective application of new insights.

Iain Smith
Iain has a proven track record of enhancing individual, team and group performance at executive, senior and emerging leader level across multiple sectors. With more than 35 years in the L&D field, he understands how to align training programmes with the specific needs of clients.
Allied to this, he understands the fundamentals of how to engage with leaders at all levels to ensure maximum participation. He has the theoretical knowledge and practical experience to ensure training and development programmes achieve long-term, sustainable success.
